As of now, all applicants must be within a declared state of emergency or disaster area boundary.
Must be a US citizen.
Must own the property where the tiny structure will be placed.
Provide some kind of proof that prior to disaster an inhabited structure existed and the inhabited structure on the property was destroyed due to current disaster being signed up for.
Attach pictures of area for placement, if possible.
Provide brief description of accessibility to the area of placement.
