Tiny emergency relief homes require no license to install as they are temporary/removable relief structures. In most areas no permit is required.
We inquire with city/county building and planning authorities on building codes that may affect the installation. For example: If your city has a 5 foot fence line setback, we would inform you of that code and consult with you on the placement of your tiny emergency relief home. As we aim to follow any city/county guideline to codes that apply.
Tiny emergency relief homes have been converted into a more permanent dwelling in many areas under the Fair Housing Act (FHA).
